Hi everyone! It's been awhile since I last posted, but it's the same question: I want more power and performance out of my '95 NA (with 23K miles on it!) and I don't want the inevitable longevity issues with the TT 300ZX (I've owned one), nor do I want that damned HICAS system (had problems with it in the '90 TT that I owned). From what I've read, the addition of an intake, exhaust, chip, headers, and ported/ polished throttle bodies will put me at 290 HP at the flywheel. I'll add in the performance clutch and performance flywheel, and add in suspension upgrades. I figure that all told (parts plus installation) this will cost me about $ 3,200.00 Is there anything else that I can do without sacrificing reliability and longevity of the car to boost performance (no, I don't want NOS) without costing me an arm and a leg? Am I dreaming? Will the $ 3,200.00 that I spend give me the ~ 300 HP at the flywheel that I'm looking for? Thanks for your help!
